I didn't know if I should vote for the 3rd or 5th option but decided the 3rd option best suited me.

No way should the ES be increased 6 months after PO.

I don't want to turn this in to bashing too hard but imo it's nowhere even close. PCS never made a video proclaiming that they match the prototype with the production when it's clearly nowhere close. And even if they did I believe PCS is far more on the mark, and not only that they actually rectify their mistakes instead of only some of them. They also have made strides including having a QC person in China. SS have stated in the past it's too expensive, and a much smaller company like PCS can afford it? Does that not seem like BS?

Also Alex did come out like the proto cept for the veins. If some get damaged or have issues that is different then having a problem with an entire run (for example what about the new yellow storm troopers, are SS fixing that? No :P), it sucks but some will have issues and it sucks when too high of a % have issues. I also think Akuma vs Gouken came out as advertised as well other then with some having a few issues.

Really two different animals....

Neither company is perfect. Both have hits, both have misses.

SS is operating on a 10x larger scale. So issues are going to come up much more frequently.

I'm obviously a fan of both companies. Just irritated that the attitude on statue forum is that SS is the benchmark for crap.

The poll option illustrates that exactly. SSC has nothing to do with this topic. Yet it gets a healthy jab. Jerry's company is getting bigger naturally. Just as SSC did. So watch out.

And why you taking it personally? You have interest tied up in the company?

The difference being that PCS tries to fix issues when they come, and they interact with their customers and actually let us know about issues, and don't pretend like they don't exist or ignore them completely. It is a huge difference. And yes PCS may turn to SS one day, we all never hope for that but it can come :*( So far as they've grown PCS has gotten better but SS has gotten worse, I hope PCS never hits that tipping point.

In order to do that PCS needs to avoid doing the little things that can lead them to this path. SS didn't go bad over night after all...

SSC also fixes issues by replacing or refunding.

But I agree that pcs interaction on the forum is second to none!

Jerry always addresses problems head on. It's actually quite amazing. SSC should take a page from his book on that front.

But SSC customer service is superior in every way imaginable.

IMHO both have pros and cons.

Just don't feel that randomly bashing other companies with poll questions was necessary in this case.
