I know the sculptor of this piece visits the board and I hate to say it. I saw it in person and it is HORRIBLE. This piece lives up to the cheezy pictures upper deck released. I had two Sideshow Venom 1:1's and I rather fork out $1k for the SS version than throw my money away for the upper deck 1:1. I expect it to be a clearance item.

Huh i see. I actually have the 1:1 SS Venom Bust already. I just really like the character and thought of getting upperdeck's version as well. But of course I wanna see pics first.
I thought this would be a good addition since the first two busts that UD released were accepted pretty well.

Saw one Venom 1:1 at the LCS last week and was not too impressed with it.
I think a good re-paint could save this piece.

I don't care for this bust at all. A new paint job wouldn't improve it much. It's way over-priced at $375 SRP.
