I was wondering how long it takes for them to process and ship preorder items that just came in stock?

Are they reliable?

I ordered a few things from them...no problems as far as I can remember.

I've pre-ordered something since July, and they still haven't charged for it. It just says processing.

And then it came into stock last week, and still says "processing".

Yes they were pre-orders, and it did take a while.
