Have a good time at SDCC. I will hit the F5 button at the store

Could you please take some photos of the aspen booth and especially of the century editions ?
The CEs are promoted to come with a "CGC authentic, hand-numbered special cover dressing" and I am wondering how these look like.
Thanks

I asked my dealer about them and unfortunately he didn't know. He didn't buy any of the Century editions. Your best bet is probably asking the Aspen store. They should be able to tell you. Sorry I couldn't help.

Hey ben, if you could do me a favor I would really appreciate it. I had asked Erick a few weeks back what they do with a lot of their promotional stuff, like the big banners they use at the show. He got back with me but forgot to answer that one question (I had asked him like 15 questions). Anyways I was really hoping I might be able to buy some of that stuff. Some of those banners are really cool. I don't know if they reuse a lot of that stuff or have new ones made up for all the big shows. If you could look into that for me I would really appreciate it!!!

Have fun at the show! You Californians have all the fun........

Wow, I just went to the Aspen store to buy some of their new openers and was absolutely blown away at the prices. $17.00 for an opener!! You have to be kidding me. All of Inkcorrect's inked openers are 6.50 each and that includes the comic art ones from Jamie Tyndall and Martin Abel. It doesn't matter whats on them, the price is 6.50 per unit for these openers. Aspen is charging 17 bucks, that's almost 3x the normal price.

I cant even express in words how shocked I am right now. This is nothing but pure greed and I for one refuse to support it. I was actually planning on buying 2 complete sets, 1 for me and 1 for my niece (she just started bar tending). Oh well, I guess I am sticking with Tyndall and Abel and buying directly from Inkcorrect. It would basically cost me an extra $105.00 dollars to buy 10 openers from Aspen, instead of buying them directly from Inkcorrect. Just isn't going to happen. I am sincerely disappointed that Aspen would pull such a move with their new product lines. I am actually rather disgusted. I cant stand corporate greed and this just reeks of greed. Well, they are obviously going to make more money per unit but I guarantee they wont sell anywhere near as many units. Just a terrible business decision all the way around.
