Okay thanks, is that a metal peg?
Thought there was no metal peg on this piece.

the issue is that it is a tiny metal peg at the tip of one foot to hold up an entire statue that doesn't have gravity on its side to begin with...

Right, got ya, kind glad I skipped this one then.
Didn't mind the pose at all.

New ES: 999. All jokes aside, I'm inclined to box mine now...

The peg is not all the way through her leg? That's pretty bad as I see many issues with this piece. The Spiderman better not be like this.

The whole point of a metal rod is to run along the leg. Making it a metal peg, is kinda ineffective, no?

What will SS do to help others as well as you for a piece that straight up collapses?
I have had mine out for a few months, and now I am worried.
Maybe I will put up a Lego support block, kinda like the fix on the Thor piece.
This is a great DD statue though. Hope it's just a random incident and not a trend.

Oh man ...it better not be.

Wish I knew someone working with the TSA. Then I'd ask to run the statue through the X-Ray machine. I'd check if the metal rod does go all the way up the arm and upper body.
