They gave me the option to return it for a full refund. I really wanted a replacement (especially since i was able to snag one of these limited edition prints & him being my FAVORITE character in the Marvel Universe) i'm really just let down by Sideshow on this, but i won't be buying anymore prints from them.

If it was any other print I'd return it. That sucks and honestly they should reframe it.

Pull the print out and send them the damaged frame. Total BS if the new policy is not to replace damaged prints.

I would ask for a refund for the frame only and keep the print if there are no replacement.

Yeah, I wouldn't give the print up if it's not damaged. If it were me, if the glass is intact, I'd just go out and get a custom frame and reframe it myself.
