Are regular stock from BBTS likely to show paint cracks? Would PCS replace those?

No. But, in case that does happen, simply return it for a full refund.. Spent thousands on that site so far, and customer service is top notch..

Yep, I've bought from BBTS for years, just never dealt with a return before. Just worried the cracks can show in the long term. Willing to risk it as it's the most beautiful MOTU piece IMO, right up there with Chun Li.

Now, I am very very angry, finally, Sorceress EX is not in factory and there is not replacement. 2 years from preorder and now I will not have in my collection the sorceress EX........

Now, I have to buy quickly a Sorceress normal version If I want to have this figure in my collection because is possible that this figure Raise the price considerably.

So I just got wondering about this again and pretty annoying to see your interaction here when nothing has been said to us.

So they aren't making any more? Q3 was supposed to be the new date? What's the full story?

Considering it has now been almost a year since I received my original damaged statue I'm starting to think I need to just get a full refund and maybe hit them up for a full refund on my She-Ra statue too because this seems to be a bit of a joke.

I'm a patient and forgiving guy... but this has gone a bit too far.

I can confirm based on my interaction with customer service that they are not replacing them. I was told that the factory is no longer in business so there will be no replacements. I was instructed to destroy my Sorceress Ex and have been patiently waiting for a refund for weeks now.

I have a feeling that if I did not email them on the open ticket I had, I would never have been contacted with this information.
