It sounds like you need to hire an office manager to run the business and make all the little decisions that come with that so you can concentrate on sculpting.

We have an office manager but lets face it, no one cares as much as an owner.
For everyone here other than myself, this is a job. Hopefully a good job.
For me, its a child.

Do you have extra body parts made at the same time as the statue? So in this case looking at how fragile her fingers may be, do you have 50 extra hands made so you can just swap them out?

Yes we get extra parts but not hands as those are glued to the statue.
We never had a hand break in testing so its bad packing on the factory workers part. Inserted improperly.
Or super harsh handling by the shipper.
