Ordered a custom statue but its gone missing?

I angrily contacted the maker why on earth he would use DPD because they are the worst I always lose items this way.
He hasnt responded this is supposed to be the best custom statue maker my first order from him, anyone know if they refund?

Sorry didn't see your message , DPD might be even worse than dhl, both suck
DPD lets you wait 2 months and then on the day its being delivered you get a message and customer service is a nightmare, lesson learned nvr order custom again but this one I had to get.
It was waitlisted to death by probably the best custom group ever. I finally received my statue 2 weeks ago, limited to 75 copies

That is the reason why I wanted it so badly, the sideshow and xmstudios didn't really wow me, but when I saw an image of the 3D rendition of the Jeehyung Lee comic cover on FB, I had to get it!

That X-23 looks great!!!

My 1st custom arrived broken. I had to bite the bullet at get out the rapid-set-Araldite, and set to work.

For some reason, i decided to blame Customs, as thy had opened the box from the bottom (not the top) and repackage the piece poorly.
The art card was missing (stolen?).

My 2nd custom arrived perfect
My 3rd custom arrived perfect

I have a 4th custom on pre_order. I hope it turns out good. To be honest,
i think i will be done with customs at that point, unless something i really really want comes along.
