I definitely am excited for this piece and hopefully the action pose makes sense and looks good but I agree with preferring a simpler pose mentioned in the quote. Here is to hoping it looks amazing when fully revealed.

I do agree here. People will complain about an XM statue when it's the only licensed version even available.

That said, I never knew the character to be enraged like that.

Action poses make sense when they fit the character. I have no issues with action poses. It's not about "pleasing" everyone. It's about making a pose that makes sense for a character. Nova hammer fisting an energy blast down on top of someone...does not make sense for him.

I for one like museum poses(space saver)I also have been waiting for this nova since I started collecting?.for this piece I would have preferred a heraldic pose. But I?ll wait for the full reveal before making a judgment.

Damn. Have wanted a Nova Richard Rider for so long, but I can't imagine how this action pose is going to play. It's too NBA Jam or Goku dropping a Heaven Bomb.

I'm sure they're going for big power vibes, full force of the Nova Prime etc, but I'm worried this isn't it. Glad they release these teaser renders so they can always go back to the drawing board if the community yells loud enough.

On another note, I couldn't be happier with XM right now. Thing, Sinister, Galactus -- keep the less produced characters coming!
