I could be wrong, but I think xm said it only potentially affected those with an edition number from 1 to 50 or so.
From what I have seen on the various boards, no one with a high edition number has had any issue whatsoever as far as leaning is concerned - only those with a low edition number.

So... were playing number, Russian roulette with BW....

So, what's the general consensus on buying his through the aftermarket? If we wait too long and get a defective piece will XM still be able to help with a replacement? Or does XM follow the Sideshow practice of only replacing so many of their pieces because they only hold so many over for returns/exchanges?
I'd just hate to pay so much and then be stuck with a leaner, lol

We can't tell by the number... there was an initial small batch which the wrong resin were used on the boots. The numbers were added on later so while it should be from the initial batch, we don't have know which ones are.
Take her out of the box and let her have some air... you'll enjoy the view so it's a win win. If it leans, try to get in touch with the retailer you bought it at or email me at bryan@xm-studios.com
