Definitely not lighting. They changed all the paint. Different hair color, The metal on her outfit is a different color, the stones are different. I am not a fan of the version on the right at all. It looks pretty bad. I questioned them about it on Facebook, But like usual, THEY don't respond.

In the promotional photos it looks like Skeletor's eyes light up, but I can't see it confirmed anywhere.
Is this going to be a thing, or is it just for effect with the advertising?
