I looked around and most do say polymer but I think the Squad ONE versions were metal.

I seen an article where the writer and show runner talked about a sixth season if it ever occurred recently and he seems like he would love to make it happen. Let’s hope Disney decides to revive it. It was my favorite cartoon growing up as a kid
