That sucks. Maybe they don't believe the damages truly warrant a full refund but if that's what they want to do they should just decide not to refund shipping for customer dissatisfaction and state so beside each order button.

I'll say it again it's just getting too difficult to get consistent quality for this stuff from China.

I think the owner of CM is a lousy owner of this company tbh. I've had my share of complaints about their business practice before. Constantly ----s up on shipping costs, doesn't alert customers consistently when items ship, and now they pull that crap. It doesn't make any sense that you should have to pay return shipping for a damaged item. Next thing you know, having paint chips and cracks are going to be normal.

I'm betting this will be even more rare than the Guyver bust. The prototype is a masterpiece and if you have the maquettes and the Guyver bust (can't remember if you still have the bust) you will want this one.

There's always those pieces that get attention even if no one knows what they are from. To me those are the best ones. Despite the fandom Marcus is bland compared to this and the demand is soft. Demand for the Guyver bust keeps going up.

I wish I liked the maquettes I really do. Pose is just too bland for me. I'll likely wind up with P1's Guyver but I do wish there was an equivalent of the Zoanoid.
