I think CC might do well in the future to keep their editions at like 500 since toynami can only keep their interest at about 50% of 1000 units.

Received today, very disappointed to find 2 chips: the first in the eye and the second on the nose. I can't believe it after the price we paid for these figures! I feel very very dissapointed (and I love the figure!) ... I am waiting for the solution I get in the store but very bad chronicles. Very bad quality control for your foreign costumers... I had been waiting for this figure months ... by the way, in the previous photos, there is also a chip on the eye, right?

this is unnacceptable speaking of statues that cost us a salary!

should I accept a different paint job from the proto?
ok, should I accept poor handling on pieces that I'm paying in 10 months? Should I apply painture to repair it myself? If you don't care about your foreign costumers, because it's clear that there is not QC here, ok, the only thing I can do is stop buying pieces from companies whith that policy.

Sorry guys but I was really confident about this piece and about chronicles but receiving a piece with this poor handling on it, makes me think that the company only loves my money and that's all. If you really care about this franchise and you love offering fans this pieces, you should guarantee our satisfaction from the first payment until we receive the product.

collectorcol, in that case I am very lucky to have a dealer who takes care of my case. He offered my his statue (still not open), and he will see also with his supplier what has happened...(the statue was perfectly packed, so it cames like this from the factory)

Yeah I think they plan to keep editions lower in the future.
Still unacceptable for Toynami to half-ass ANY of their production lines. Customers paid good money for quality product.
