I'd say the mouth is close. Maybe it is the eyes that are throwing it off a little.

There is something larger than life about the face. It somehow looks more lifelike that Gentle Giant's Black Widow,
which is considered by most as one of the best, if not the best, SJ statue.

do you own the gentle giant black widow or sideshow black widow to compare? I own both of those it would help me decide, I also need to see the movie as well lol. I know nothing beyond the trailer, just love scarjo

I own the Gentle Giant Black Widow 1/4 but it is difficult to compare it with Weta's The Major.

Comparing the two, the Major has better lips. Black Widow has better eye's. Both have their plus and negatives.

We know the Gentle Giant Black Widow is based on 3D data scanned from SJ. The Weta the Major statue was created using 3D software (rather than sculpted from clay) but i don't know if any 3D scanning was involved.

Kate Walker - Syberia 3/Microïds

Given the fact the statue came with the game Syberia 3 as part of a Collectors Edition, the 16cm tall Kate Walker stone resin statue looks rather good. The only slightly odd aspect is the large clump of hair blowing in front of Kate Walker's face.

Kate Walker would make for a fine 1/4 scale statue

The first statue arrived broken, the leg had snapped (Amazon replaced it within 24hrs).
In the broken area it was possible to see that the material was white, similar to the material Gentle Giant use.
Given how small the statue is (about 17cm tall including the base) it is quite heavy.

If it is PVC, then it is some sort of heavy brittle PVC that break as easily as resin.
