That's exactly what I was thinking when I first saw this bust. The neck is too long and skinny, which makes his head look oddly bulbous. And I'm not sold on the facial sculpt. The lips don't look right and the eyes seem to be a bit "off". Everything below the neck looks pretty tight, though. The 1:2 bust from DC Direct looks better, in my opinion, and the facial sculpt on that one is way off. I definitely wouldn't spend $800 for this. But that's just one man's opinion. If others like it, then I hope they get their money's worth!

I can but Google images works much better for comparison, which you can easily find. Screen caps are better for overall silhouette and proportion study. Not good for direct side by side comparison.

Even this old poster shot can provide some info on the thickness of the neck area.

I wouldn't put it that way. Make no mistake, this is a great piece. And Bobby knows exactly what he's doing. Pics don't do it justice(lens distortions, especially some of the HCG official pics). Gifs are fun but that's it.

It's probably too late to change anything. Too bad this isn't perfect.. The edits THX made looks ALOT better. It's such a glaring difference and i wonder why Bobby dint pick that out in the first instance.

Before you criticize someone, you should walk a mile in their shoes. That way, when you criticize them, you're a mile away and you have their shoes.
