Black Adam vs the XMen
I think it all boils down to which X-Men.
Say Cyclops, Wolverine, Colossus, Nightcrawler, Phoenix (pre-Dark Phoenix), Banshee an Storm.

Even as a team, the only one that has a snowball's chance is Phoenix, everyone else would simply get tossed into orbit ... but I think even she would be hard pressed to contain the fury that is Black Adam when he's on a mission.
For sheer powerhouse badassness, I have to give it to BA.

Black Adam. He would repaint the x mansion with their blood and use their heads as mop on every alternate day. Ok, wolverine would survive, somehow he always does though it would be nice if he could be killed.
Just one question, is martian manhunter stronger than prof x or jean grey in terms of the use of physic powers? Cos I remembered he suffered a backlash from BA mind in WW3.

LOL! I'm the biggest Xmen hater on the board, but you guys aren't giving them enough credit. BA is one bad motha, those listed have a good deal of power among them.

Storm and Phoenix are the only real X-Men that could have ANY chance, and Storm's chances are very slim.
Adding Phoenix into this tips the scales a bit, but doesn't necessarily mean BA will lose, as Phoenix wasn't anywhere near as powerful as Dark Phoenix.
Eh, I dunno...

Nightcrawler IMO along with Colossus, Wolverine and a few optic blasts from Cyclops should slow him down enough to have Phoenix and Storm do some damage. It really could go either way here. I think the 2 key players are Nightcrawler and Phoenix.

This would all depends on the line up the Xmen have. Phoenix was mentioned and there is the difference. Jean Grey as the Phoenix is Galactus level entity. The difference between Phoenix and Dark Phoenix was the human restraints of the host. Black Adam is like Gladiator and the Xmen have fought him before. They beat him either through the telepaths. But Phoenix would be a major threat and if the Phoenix force every got loose Black Adam would be a black smear on the ground.
I think if Rogue where in the line up things would get very interesting will fast.

More crazy writing over at DC again . If Black Adam is a peer of the likes of Wonder Woman, Super Girl, Power Girl and Billy why could they put the beat down on him? You mean to tell that Black Adam can wipe the floor with all of DC now?
