Bullseye has defeated DD several times; they go back and forth (and since it's DD's book, sure he seems to come out on top in the end...).

Yeah yeah but the last one i read was pretty much definitive. DD really humilliated him and ramed him into floor.

Bullseye has taken out The Punisher, Daredevil, Elektra, Deadpool & Gambit just off the top of my head. He's a bit much for Batman-lite imo, as anybody on that list could beat Batman on any given day.
