Weta: Zack Snyder's Justice League - Superman 1:4

I think with a lot of these it's not even the head sculpt, it's the paint application. I've seen a repaint of this Wonder Woman and was a dead ringer for Gal. I think this Superman with a top-class repaint would be great! Granted we shouldn't have to in the first place.

As you can see the colour of the suit can completely change depending on the lighting. Too much ruins it.
Either way, the S and belt still aren't silver enough.
I'm happy with the head sculpt. Some angles its great, other angles not as much.

Weta agreed on the emblem and the belt and is going to replace the body.

Did you order directly from weta? got one coming in from a european retailer and i fear they won't get replacements?

That would be great buddy, i'd like to think that even retailers would have to adhere to it if weta them selves have admitted to the coloring being faulty.

Just got mine in and honestly it's a lot better than I was expecting. Still looking into a repaint but under the right light it looks perfectly acceptable imho. The likeness is at maybe 35% what it could be but that's 1:4 scales for you. (I think this line might be closer to 1:5 btw) Here's some bad phone pictures

The S looks alot better tha previous poster, but the stripes on the side look all black?
