so why are these comics so expensive...I assume the inside of the comic is the same artwork as the cover for that price right?

Rarity and collector mentality.
You make a 1:100 cover so they may print 20K of the regular, but that cover has 200 available.
The other part is people pay it which makes for massive margins for DC, artists and shops.
Given Power Girl is getting so many freaking covers like this in a short time tells me after years of editorial suppressing her for personal reasons the love of money won out.

And does anyone review these comics on youtube I am trying to find someone who does an unboxing and review of it but cannot find anything.
What are these things called anyway, regular comicbooks right or is there a special term they use for these things so I can look up unboxings?
