Head sculpt really annoys me, but the face paint is better than Infinity's version. Need more pictures.

 Do you really mean the sculpt of bare head?
imo its gorgeous, it is the best part of whole statue (for me the selling point).
The four jawbones are exactly in the pose i prefer (not max wide, but natural way)

The head shape is very inaccurate. It's too wide and round. It's scrunched-up like a pug/bulldog.
It should be taller, more elongated, etc.

Armor looks darker, that's for sure. Even if reducing the saturation, it has a greater contrast with the skin colors than on the proto.
