Can anyone help and list where you can buy XM from so we can create a global list of places to buy these amazing statues.

Nope no new ones. They have been working on a European distributor for a long time. The way things sell out so fast the last thing they need is the stock spread further out...unless they want a place in NC

Germany has an official distributor in Heldenshop.de . Other than that i think you can get them in france is well.

It´s just an overpriced shop. The official distributor for germany works still for "month" on his new homepage and dont react on mails. So it looks a little bit strange.

Ok thats true. But compared to what you would pay at the aftermarket, the prices are fine.
I wouldnt mind paying less for the statues though :P
