The base is small and he's leaning forward like PF Wolverine. Every one who sees him in person says he's huge.

It's not gonna be the tallest statue for sure but it's going to be thick and wide and deep (yea yea thats what she said etc).

I debated back and forth, although Sabertooth isn't my favorite character he goes well paired with all my X-men. Couldn't justify paying $400 extra for the XM studios on this one. So hopefully made the right choice when people start posting pics !

Can’t believe this kickass sculpt still needs explanation. It’s called perspective people, what’s the mystery? He’s lunging forward, he conveys motion, tension, see and think in 3D. Simple. Once in hand, we’ll be howling at the moon.
And yeah, everyone who saw this at the Con noted how large/huge Sabretooth actually is. And as a bonus, you can always use those wicked looking claws as nut scratchers. Convinced now?

Even though the SS Wolvie looks great, I’ve always been more of a Sabertooth guy than a Wolverine guy. This thing gets more awesome the more I look at it and is really tempting me.

Have the Wolverine and love it, but I get the feeling that this Sabretooth sculpt is a notch above. So many subtle details and movements, along with two great, distinctive portraits. We now have a Sabretooth.
