It's official - my RoboCop Ex, which arrived in customs in October 6, has been sent back to PCS to my dismay due to the sheer idiocy and incompetence of the postal service and the useless company that's supposed to deal with customs on my behalf whether I like it or not, so I'll have to pay another $100 for shipping it again my way and probably wait another couple of months.
I really, really hope there's nothing wrong with the statue itself, as I doubt any replacements will be available by then.
I'm so angry.

Thanks, Cain.
The thing is, this is a highly unusual thing for me. They just tried to charge me extra by adding another shipping amount on top of what I actually paid, even though I clearly stated what the price of the item itself was and what the shipping was, but they never told me where those extra €52 came from, they just told me they'd look into it and then - poof. "Hey, you know what? It's been sent back!". This in spite of me writing them and calling them lots of times as time went by and nothing was happening.
Gahhh. The arrogance and incompetence of that bunch of morons. I'd rather have FedEx shipping this than USPS and the clowns that deal with things over here again, so I've asked CS how much that would cost me now.

Man that's rough shoo, I'd be so frustrated. Hopefully he arrives back in top condition.

Thank you, strife. Yes, it is. My first PCS piece, too, and after such a long wait. *Sigh*

Damn that really is a sucky situation. I always worry about things like that happening so I'm sorry that had to happen to you shoo.
Actually I take that last part back, it didn't have to happen. There's no reason for them to decide to just send it back.

Mine came and my portrait is messed up with few dents that they just tried painting over and there is some light Black scratch marks on chest of body that won't come off not too happy that no one saw these on QC when we've patiently waited what like 2 years??
