You're not alone, I am a wimp at them too -- but there is something fun about a game that needs to be played with the lights on.
There have been plenty of games where I jumped and screamed "GD WTF was THAT?!" Then talk myself off the ledge and keep playing. Stupid Silent Hill barking ghost children come straight to mind.

one of the creepiest titles out there (that I've played) is still the first Condemned on the 360. Those ****ing mannequins

Anyone grab this game? I picked up a copy myself, and have to say not loving it as much as I thought I would. Granted I am only on the 5th chapter, but just feels like like its missing something...and I hate that most of this game you have to be "stealthy" ..feels like a cross between splinter cell and resident evil. Just has not worked for me.
Any other thoughts?

I was interested in it but after watching an hour quick look of it, I lost all interest. Just looked incredibly clunky and lacking all fun. Resident Evil 4 (same creator) was good fun last gen, but going back to it now, it's very clunky as well. Seems like they tried too hard to replicate RE4's success without improving on it.

I was really excited for this game. Pre-ordered it and was expecting to be scared sh!tless. Scary? Not in the least. The trailers with people reacting to the game must be watching something else. Sooooo, disappointed.
Nice graphics though but not for 70 bucks (+ tax) (in Canada)

So glad GameStop is offering 40 bucks for this until November 12th....this is so going back. Rather use that $$ toward Far Cry4
