STGCC BEST STATUES

4) Sanity (it looses points for not being painted up)
5) Wanda.

Some of the statues need a few tweaks here or there but overall I think they all came out looking great...


But yeah Batman Sanity has to be #1....

I agree, for just being creative all three of these statues could be contenders for statue of the year when they come out..

I honestly really can't remember of any pieces from any company that wowed me like these 3 did.

The thing I admire most about these 3 pieces that I think sets them apart from everything else shown is the innovation. They really embody what XM is all about, why they’ve taken the industry by storm and have generated such a strong following.

1. Star Lord
It's the one statue that makes me say wow each time I see it and I have 0 affinity for the comic version. That's impressive.

2. Batman Sanity
It's unpainted so you get dinged for that.

3.Hulk Transformation
Another great centerpiece from XM. I think if I was more of a Hulk fan this would be a must own for me.

4.Alien
I had to put it in the top 5 for outstanding technical achievements.

5.Deathstroke
Considering I don't like the Samurai line it's miraculous he even made the cut.

After spending 2 hrs in their booth alone here is My top 5:

1. Alien - this is just a phenomenal piece. the glossy slimy paint effect is just incredible. Insane amt of details. easily no. 1 in my list.

2. Gambit - such an impressive piece in person. A bit sad that they changed the translucent kinetic cards effect, I think it looks better than the solid painted effect.

3. Aquaman - Very nice piece. Insane amount of details from the seahorse down to the scales of the fishes.

4. Transformation Hulk - He is big... really Big... I love the concept. The bruce banner is such a amazing statue by itself.

5. Cyclops - Another favorite of mine.. I love this piece! They really nailed his Jim-lee look.
