I got him last night. When you fight felons, try to keep as many hearts as you can by healing as you get points and for the heroes/villians I ignore their jobs and send them to Burns mansion. Be sure to fight your friends too. Find a friend that don't play much and have very little heart level ups.

Ya I suppose... I started using the fast forward thing for the battles now because of how slow my game is running. Otherwise I'd be spending 10-15mins every time I log in to do those battles.

I hit level 101 and it's now requiring 500,000 to level up again opposed to the 40,000 needed for the last while. This happen to you guys?
