So true. It’s going to be like drunk driving. It went on for years until frequency and the profile of accidents kept climbing. Once MADD got organized legislation followed. The same will happen for distracted driving. There is already a lot of talks going on in terms of technology and legislation targeted at this growing problem.

Nope but maybe it will give people some new career choices to go into detective work...

Love it, coworkers and I play it. My boys and wife are also addicted. We go around every night and meet a lot of people too. Lot of fun IMO and I had never watched POkemon. I knew Pikachu and that was it...until now.

Speaking of Pikachu -- he popped up around our popular drunk beach town this weekend. Some of my friend snagged him and were giddy

What he said. We all walk and talk and Pokemon. It is something that we can all do together.

Ha! So I saw a meme that made a joke about searching for Pokémon without Pokevision. I had no idea what that was. Turns out it was a 3rd party app that was a working tracker as the tracker in the actual game is obviously broken. Turns out 50 million people downloaded pokevision and Niantic the company that makes Pokémon go shut it down. Kind of seems obvious to me that they want players to not find the rare Pokémon without spending some dough. I really don't take it too seriously so it doesn't bother me, just kind of funny how these game companies try to fight the inevitable.

Pro-tip. Save your pidgeys and pidgey candies until you have enough of them to evolve like 15 all back to back (you'll have to catch like 80 in total). Use a lucky egg and during the 30 mins of double xp, go on an evolve spree. I went up 3.5 levels in the 30 mins.

Still playing and enjoying it.

Sadly the downtick of players means it's harder to play individually since you don't see so many folks playing anymore.

So some Gyms are stacked and filled with Dragonites making it very hard to take down gyms quickly.

Just got my Gyarados yesterday thanks in huge part due to the Buddy System.

I walked 110KM apparently while getting Magikarp candy to get my Gyarados to get all 400 pieces.
