@Negative I don’t think it was to be expected it just happened. He was already miffed with the first head issue. Sounds like Todd has extras in case the heads don’t fit. Even I could see this happening. Every statue company claims every piece is unique/different. That said how can you print tons of new heads without the cape it plugs into if the cape hole is printed differently for each piece. I already see my future on this piece. Multiple heads till one fits, Gantaku Alucard all over again.

@Hal Submit a ticket on his site and just remind him who you are. Tell him you’ll add pictures when he responds. That’s all I did. Took 2 days to sort it out. I strongly suggest calling his number up on his site if you don’t get an answer by the end of the of the week.

I finally had a chance to put my Wonder Woman together today.

After seeing some pictures I was concerned about my un-helmeted head fitting. Unfortunately when I tried mine on, it didn't fit either.
The head with the helmet fits fine but I am not a fan of that one.

Then I noticed what looked like an Iron man faceplate in the carton. I picked it up and looked at her knee and it was her knee pad that was broken off and inside of the carton.

I had a similar issue with the 1/6 XM Aquaman with a the top of the fin of one of the fish being broken off in the carton. I didn't say anything to Todd at the time about that.

This is a different case and both issues are quite noticeable. I took her back apart and put her back in the carton.

I now have an email in to Todd at Spec Fiction to see what the next step to make this right is.

So far we've had 1 where both new heads fit perfectly and now 2 where the non-helmet portrait doesn't fit

Looks like it's going to be a roll of the dice....

and since every statue is unique, the new heads are just as much of a gamble.
@EternalBlue - I guess so but I really hope everyone gets their issues with her resolved sooner rather than later, I'm sure Todd doesn't want to incur shipping repeat shipping costs for every statue.

I did notice that on the prototype there is a gap between head and cape. Ours just sits in the cape cup.
Had they gone "head straight to body (through cape hole)", the neck gap we are all experiencing now might not even be noticeable.

I got a replacement head from SpecFiction today and this one fit correctly thankfully.

Just waiting on Green Lantern now.
