P1 gives such unhelpful and short responses. They say they have never announced him. I will be cancelling the WW and Batman until there is notice of the New 52 line being complete.

I don’t see what’s so unhelpful in their response. It’s to the point, and nothing written was untrue. And what else did you expect them to say?
It sucks, but ‘the run’ will never be completed by Prime 1 in 1/4 scale as long as Sideshow holds the licence. So if that’s your requirement I’m guessing you’re out of luck.
