Altought the Spino did indeed had the shine/wet look in JPIII, i absolutely hate gloss finishes on JP dinosaurs due to the fact almost every SWS maquette/animatronic from the first two movies was either completely matte or slightly satin, so i hope Prime 1 doesn't read this thinking there's demand for this type of look.
My favourite finish out of any JP statue from any company is P1 Trike for instance, the exact opposite of gloss.

Hahaha it’s funny because when I see my Rexy from Iron Studios it has absolutely no gloss anywhere and looks extremely marvellous. So I really don’t know why in this case I tend to think about it? It is just a feeling.

Have you got the full Iron Studios diorama or the Rex on its own. Mine has some really cool rain effects on it from the diorama. Wet look can look really great if done correctly, but not really fussed either way.
