The wings are not hard to get into position...they are deceptive.
The wings are slightly pliable and need to force in a bit from their natural resting position. As we start to "bend" it into place...we get scared it is going to break, thus shouldnt be like that, but it is.

Finally got this statue second hand and it's amazing! I was cautious about putting together the wings, but now I'm sort of freaked out because I noticed there are some fractures at the top part of her right wing.
I applied a bit of pressure and it doesn't seem to be giving at all, and given their weight, I think the whole wing is reinforced... but seriously, I NEED HELP. Is there any way to repair it?

I would fill and reinforce the crack with some Aves, then match the paint and cover it.

In the end even if you did not reinforce it, the way the wings are, there is not much weight on that piece/area for it to support.
