Hopefully it will be, the teaser image is as close to the Sano statue (the best representation so far) that I've seen. Good times.

You'd hope that CP will use all of the reference they had for this head on the maquette also and succeed where so many fail in capturing the correct head and dome shape on it. I'm hoping we'll see the full maquette soon along with the price details so that it will be easier to make a few decisions. This thing is crazy good though, I know I'll be jealous when you post pictures of yours if I don't get one.
I hear ya! Let's hope they read through these posts and take in what you guys have suggest and the accuracy points. And wow, that's a big reveal! HeavyMetalSpike has got to be excited lol.

Python / El Diablo , I'm in UK also and that price is ridiculous!

I had a Live Chat with Sideshow today regarding refunds.
She said if you unhappy with an item after receiving it you can return it within 30 days of delivery and get a full refund on the purchase price minus the shipping to the UK.

If you order from Collectibles Direct i don't think you can get a refund or could i be wrong?

Having piece of mind of being able to return an item to sideshow if you dislike it is helpful.

You would lose initial shipping and pay return shipping?

That's gonna be a large chunk.

If you order from CDUK and don't like the production piece they charge a 10% cancellation/admin fee.

I was tempted to cancel the Chronicle Rex but decided to keep it

Yeah, no kidding. I miss the days of the Sideshow UK warehouse. The price on this was bad enough to begin with, CDUK's is a bad joke, but they have been hit and miss for a while now sadly.

Not necessarily, the shipping on the P2 bust was something like $350, hence some of us had no choice but to cancel it. You'd lose that and have to pay the return shipping so it just wouldn't be feasible. You'd hope the shipping on these would be much more realistic however.. Well actually you'd hope Coolprops will make these better than the other two.
