The droid is a bonus if you buy both & the chair, they had to give Tarkin SOMETHING as there was nothing else to give him

When will we get more clean Stormtroopers from A New Hope? I want to grab a few but not about to pay aftermarket inflated prices.
I see that it looks like the ROTJ Troopers are coming soon but they’re dirty (Endor). I just hope HotToys rereleases the clean versions for people that missed out. In all honesty, the Stormtroopers should be an endless run. You can never have enough!! 🤪

Your best bet right now is to get the Han in Stormtrooper disguise Sideshow exclusive. There’s a black foam insert to use instead of the head to place the helmet on the body.

That’s actually not a bad alternative. Do you know if the name plate detaches from the base? Asking because the plate says “Han Solo”.

Yes, the nameplate does come off. Just checked mine. As with many Hot Toys figures, the wedge piece with the engraved nameplate detaches leaving two vertical slots on the base.

Seriously though, what are the chances of us getting more ANH Troopers from HotToys? Do you think we will see more? It really is pretty crappy for us who missed them (me) 😫

I bought a second background from the Han Solo stormtrooper disguise so I could display both Luke and Han with the same background
