Spider-Man web lines tip?

Hi guys,

I'm currently repainting a Koto Spidey and was wondering if you could share a good technique to paint the black web lines on his outfit.

I've been using black enamel which works fine as you can wipe off the excess using zippo thinner no problem. But when doing that I also wipe off what I've just painted a little.

I think I've given the legs about 3 coats and they're starting to look good.

But it's really time-consuming....

Any advice?

Thanks

Use a good watercolor. Easy to clean without any damage to previous paint layers. Seal with Dullcote when finished.
