I don't think they are responding to anybody, if they are then they must be over a month behind. I am still waiting on 2 responses from them regarding 2 different statues.

I've had the most success emailing them directly. Last I heard, they were recommending to use arhstudios.spencer@outlook.com for checking on order status.
I wouldn't rely on their website for contacting them. It took a while for them just to get the website working without various glitches.

I paid over a 6 month plan and always had a reply within hours when I asked for my monthly invoice.
Does anybody here know when these will be shipping?

Someone on the other forum said Feb 2016 is when it is suppose to ship and it could be march based on the chinese new year
