I wish we would get some rain here... we are having a drought here in Georgia, we are way below where we should be for the year, everything is dying, and were not allowed to water it..

yeah like watering your lawn and plants... you can do it once a week from like 2am till 9am, you have a set day depending on your address... if you get caught doing it and its not your day, you can be fined $1000's of dollars...
