Just think of Sagat.
A Regular.
An Exclusive with a COH.
An Exclusive with a different costume/colour.
Same thing but not through Sideshow for the first Exclusive.

This picture was taken from the CAPCOM panel at sdcc. Notice the alternate heads? Look at the flame!!! That's 3 different heads!

Are you sure it's 3 heads or the necklace? They look too small in the photo to be alternate heads.
