I called SS today and asked them when my Kier framed print would ship. She just told me that they were being custom framed. I told her it has been almost 4 weeks since they billed me and I asked her if she had an idea of when they might ship. She just said no I can't give you a date. This is total BS on Sideshows part. They have to have some idea of when or how long this is going to take. Their CS has really gotten bad. It's like they don't care anymore, just shut up and buy are stuff kind of attitude.

How did you get thru, I've been calling them for 2 days and it goes to answering machine. I leave messages but no return call.

The trick is once you get the machine press 0, that takes you to the operator, which is a recording too but if you keep pressing 0 enough times eventfully you will reach a live person.
Which just proves my point. It never use to be so hard to reach someone there. I use to call and be able to talk to Jennifer anytime. I don't know if they are just too busy or they don't want to talk with customer anymore.
