Man... there's no way I can make this, but I was wondering if there is any way someone would be willing to pick up a quick sketch from Fiona Staples while they are there? I'll pay the cost, obviously, as well as shipping it to me and a bit extra for their time.
She does head shots for $25, I believe. She isn't doing a full commissions for the show, so I can't get on a list or anything.
Anyway, drop me a PM and let me know if anyone would be interested. I'd hate to miss a shot at Staples before she blows up and gets really, really expensive.

i just booked my flight for this show. it'll be my first time having a table at a con on the west coast. when i get my table number i'll let everyone know. would love to meet some of the western sf'ers

Wow the list of guests for this years show is absolutley NUTS!!! I wish I was a resident! I really hope Alvin Lee decides to come to the Calgary expo (lots of people on this list are already set to come to Calgary too, so fingers crossed)

Hey, Bill, if you're after Valentino, I saw he's gonna be at Phoenix Con this summer too. Might be a less expensive alternative.
