I've seen the unpainted prototype for Morrigan and I can say it's VERY faithful to the source material.

If they do that, I hope it doesn't prevent them from doing an actual Lilith bishoujo since she's in the same color scheme.

Just pick an alt color other than the usual P2.

I know but you said since the same color shcheme. They can just pick another color scheme for a variant since Lilith's original colors are the same as P2 Morrigan's most common alt colors. There are lots of official "P2" colors to pick.
Like what HMO did. Don't do that, pick different colors for a Morrigan variant and leave Lilith's usual colors for Lilith.
