I don't like the placement of Starscream that far out on the edge of the styrofoam. Still not feeling this piece solely for the price.

All I want to know, is it actually paint or not? Or is it decals like it was for their smaller Optimus piece?
I know most reviewers didn’t even mention it on their Optimus videos, but for PCS’s classic scale, it was ‘ALL’ decals on the figure of the statue except for the black panel lines here and there. It was so terribly done on that one it became like my only returned statue out of a hundred purchases.
