I like how the nose has been turned down. I notice the same modification was done to the Black Widow long haired head sculpt too. Makes the sculpt look more life like and less cartoony. IMO

Looks good, I just think the hair's slightly too dark, needs to be a golden yellow shade of blonde.

The younger face would make a fantastic Supergirl. Looking forward to seeing how this comes together. I hope that she's posed in flight so it will differentiate from the PF.

The nose curvature and eyebrow drop has given her that harder, more determined look whereas the initial face model is a little more youthful and innocent in appearance.
Nexus hit the nail on the head; the first model would make a perfect template for Supergirl. The second, perfect for Carol.

I think the best option will be to do two heads, a more realistic with long hair and the other head with short hair more cartoon.
