Well, pulled the trigger and bought one, I was going to call and see if I can pick it up, but was 5-10 more miles farther than I thought it was, and didn't want to drive.

Hopefully it will be here Wednesday or Thursday by latest.
Does anyone know how quick GG usually ships items out?

Borrow money from a pessimist, they don't expect it back.

OMG you can Google and find two different links to this statue one for $595.00 and one for $682.12 ...I'm not liking the looks of this. Can they not honor the 595 price?????

I vaguely remember someone from that site saying that the price reflects the multiple sources they get their products from (hence, one source for 595 and anothe for 682.12).

Can anyone confirm?

I just received mine from Gentle Giant directly they drove it up in their pick up truck.
I like it this way, don't have to deal with shipping to a third party and then shipping it to me, I know fedex would have kicked this thing around, the box is HUGE!!!!

I haven't taken her out yet, I just had surgery last week so I am still recovering and don't have the strength to take it out and display and take some pics

It's not the years, it's the mileage

I'm liking this more and more! Congrats to those that took the plunge. Anyone have the rough dimensions of the statue out of the box?

Are there any plans for more monument style statues (jedi, droids, etc...)? I know there is a yoda as well.

I emailed gentle giant today and just waiting for a reply...thought someone here might know something already. Thanks.
