Puntapret,
Yes! All of the replacements have arrived at our Aspen warehouse. Please PM your statue, name, address and email info and I'll make sure Chris and Becky take care of it asap. Thanks!

Just today, I have notice a disheartening situation regarding my statue that I had displayed since I got her.
the lower fins started to detach itself from the main fin.
how do we fix it?
the statue has been displayed in the coolest part of the office, away from the sun and heat. Temperature plays around 16 to 23 degrees celsius in my office.

Just checked mine, and I live in a warmer climate. Everything is good with mine, and I was one of the first to receive theirs.

Sorry to say it, but you might be waiting a long time. Seems people here can wait weeks for a response.

IceprinceX,
Chris forwarded me the pics you sent him. This is the first time I've ever seen one of the fins start to come off like this. Just looks like they didn't use enough sealant on that side. Is the fin on the other side detaching as well??
To be honest, I have no problem having Chris issue you a replacement, but I really think that unless the actual plastic fin is curling or defective in some way (which it looks like it's not), you can easily just use a small dab of Superglue or something and press it right back on. If you'd like to try and it works, great. If you'd like to still try and it doesn't work, we'll replace the statue for you. Up to you. Being in the Philippines, a replacement will take just a bit to get to you, but just let me know and we'll get it taken care of.
Thanks!
