Anyone recieved jabba statue?
Has anyone recieved the gentle giant jabba the hutt statue? The release date says june and i ordered mine at the end of july from statue toys. Does anyone have it yet?

the release date was July actually, and as with most companies, the item is late
I'm sure it will hit soon, they will let us know

I did see a huge box with a Jabba statue at my LCS but since I wasn't really interested I'm not sure if it was Gentle Giant or someone else - I don't even know if someone else produced a Jabba statue... Don't really care for the big fat slob

What do you guys think of it compared to the SS jabba...

I think the gentle giant is WAY better then the sideshow because you gotta buy jabba and the stand seperately, SS doesn't have the light up jawa fanning or the dancer. I might pick up jabba's little buddies from sideshow to complete the scene though. I don't really care for the palace band though. I am thinking of getting that attakus bib fortuna since its really cheap and have him placed behind or to the side of jabba if the scale looks good.
