Same, this maybe the last time i buy directly through PCS. Exclusives are nice but I have yet to get any update. It's not worth the headache.

They appear to still be at least a week behind judging from the email frequency on my Sub replacement.

By the time they answer my email about my Sub replacement, I fear they may be out of replacements. And still no answer on my Reptile statue I have yet to hear anything on. I deal with hundreds of emails on a daily basis at my work, just even a simple reply saying we are looking into it would be something more than hearing absolutely nothing. I really enjoy PCS products, but they are only as good as their customer service.

I got my tracking number for my 2 Sub EX on 8/5. Still have not received it...FedEx also said they haven't received package yet just the info only....I fear by time I actually get mine replacement parts are gone if I need it.

I think you'll be fine because I don't think ANYBODY is getting a replacement yet. I started the email chain for mine on Aug. 13th and I still don't even have a return label to send back my defective Sub yet. PCS stands by their product (more than I can say for SS) but it is ridiculous how long this process takes.

Yeah same here sent mail weeks ago havent heard anything. I dont think its a spam issue for everyone I know Im checking mine
