It's not Seth, from the sketch on the board, the person has clothes on. There is a picture of the back underneath the arm, not sure if it's a back pack or a big logo?

1/3 MK pieces are almost ready, they are to be shown at NYCC, I don't think they would tease the raw sculpt now for them.
I don't think he is Akuma either, wasn't the pose different on the poll where Jerry gave the A or B options?
Probably something He Man or Dredd, at this point. The sketches on the board behind the sculpt could be Sons of Anarchy related, there's a logo on the back of the shirt.

If its MK im going with Baraka. Out of only 5 MK9 pieces that will exist Baraka is somehow one of them (it is an awesome statue by the way but really?), and In one of the poll threads for the next MK klassic piece Jerry sounded a little bummed people werent asking for Baraka. Seems like a character he really likes
