I think it's Batman. Simpley pose, with the cape flowing. I can just see it.

If it was MKX, it might be Scorpion, given the way it's posed, he's probably holding one of his harpoon's in his right hand.

Probably is Scorpion. Which makes sense because it was always gonna be Scorpion or Sub Zero for a 1/3 statue.

Just hope Jerry moves away from them for the first few 1/4 statues.
